31x10.5x15 on Stock Cherokee

Hey Guys, anyone know if its possible to throw 31's on a stock cherokee sport height without having rubbing issues? I have a chance to pick up a nice set of 31's on soft 8s and I am impatient and would really like to get them on my XJ.

i fit 30x9.5's with complete trimming of my fenders with minor rubbing, with adjusting the bump stops u could do it easilly heres mine stock with 30's before i cut the fenders fronts dont really rub trimmed but the back did and gashed my tire a bit but because i was to lazy to properly bump stop.

yea its possible cause my old 90 had 31's on it before it got 4.5" of lift and it had to be cut up a good bit but it is possible.

30's are tight at stock height, aircruiser's XJ is proof of that. You could fit 31's w/trimming.

a budget boost will let em fit without trimming but yea like MBJR9 mentioned, ive got 30x9.5 BFG Mud Terrains on my cherokee at stock height (plan to go to 3" of lift soon) and they dont rub. ive also got the rear sway bar out but no front discos yet. they stuff up with about a pube hair to spare in the back. unless you bumpstop it..31s will rub.
