The block bill was 2475, The steel was 1400, and the slab concrete was 2900. THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE LABOR. I paid 1850 for the block to be put up with the 3 lentils.

Yeah we are doing alright down here, been on the job 10 years now and did 5 in the Air Force. I grab as much overtime as I can and dont forget that: (1) Im single. (2) Never been married. (3) No kids. (4) No child support payments. (5) Did I Mention No Kids? (6)No EX wives. (7) Oh and I dont have any kids.
I hear from all my buddies with children, they are lacking funds because of the children. Which is great because if I did have a kid, I wouldn't be so selfish and spend all my money on myself. But until that day when my GF pops out a kid, Lift kit and tires are in my near future, of course after the garage!!!! Gotta have my priorities.

Garage Doors
Man your doors are HIGH!!! I got fully insulated AL doors (raised panel) in 9x7 for $600 each. The install is a piece of cake.
Have you considered DIY'ing the doors? If you can do a long arm on a jeep, you can definitely do the doors. Even if you have to pay someone to come in and tighten your torsion springs, it might be worth it. But the springs aren't even that bad if you have the bars to go in the sprockets and pay attention.
Nice garage though!

Highly recommend you epoxy the floor before you even drive on it. Its nice to be able to wipe up a puddle of oil with a paper towel.
