Wranger was in a crash...how bad is it?

Some one pulled out in front of me. How bad does it look? The fender is pushed into the body about 2" bit both door open and close with no problems and no difference in body gaps.. The rad. shroud just barley touches the fan and there are no leaks. The wheels look to still be aligned, but I want that checked out real good. Let me know what you think.

put it on a frame machine and get it checked, it looks like the passenger side tow hook is aiming down and since that bolted to the frame that might have that tweaked down a little.

make sure they check the drive line also, put it on 4wd and make sure nothing is making noise.

Yep mine is getting new frame but I hit black ice and hit a concrete barrier head on at 35mph.
Don't assume it is OK and if it was their fault use any and all resources to ensure integrity. After all it is your girl. Good luck.

your main body tub looks slightly buckled just below the cowl panel, depending on how bad it is, you might be looking at a new body tub which requires the entire Jeep to be disassembled. Other then that, I'd be most worried about the frame.

if its your fault hit the junk yard. Buy a hood, bumper, grill, and a fender and fender flare. Of now is a new excuse to buy aftermarket bumpers fender flares and so on. Could get the stock parts at the junk yard at most 250 or so. If its the other persons fault then have a shop check it all out.

Also look at the anti-sway bar on the left compared to the right. That makes it look even more like the frame is bent down on the passenger side.

Take a look at my re-build. That's about the same damage mine had. My bags were blown and the frame was tweaked. Tub corner needed pulled but its a jeep parts are replaceable... even frames and tubs.

I'd say that's pretty minor myself. As for the frame there are holes in the frame that you can take a tape measure to and see if it's off. My frame work and tub pull was under $500.
Measure in an X form from front right to rear left, front left to right rear (just need to measure the front portion of the frame, just look for the holes)

I hand tweaked the hood back to shape. The corner shows a little dent up close but who cares it's a jeep and hoods aren't cheap.

Tub can be pulled easily also. Might need some body mud to smooth it out but an easy fix. Just pay to have the tub pulled, you can mud and sand it yourself.

If i could do it again (which i hope to do) I'd buy tube fenders rather then pay $150ish for a reg old fender. Guess that depends on your budget.

PM me if you need help. I can answer a few questions you might have.

Oh and get your tape measure out and check the alignment yourself. It's easy.

Sorry to hear. That is what always scares me as I drive in heavy traffic, and is why my TJ is not my daily driver.

Best wishes on finding a new one.
