Would a 3.25" lift look bad on 30" tires??
I'm trying to convince my dad to let me get a lift bigger than 3". Obviously i'm looking at suspension conversion kits and stuff opposed to spacers, but the only ones I can find at a good price are the 3.25". I'm a small girl, but i'm going to get handle things to get in on my roll bars.

Anyone's opinion? Will my tires look stupid?

Yes. Look at BDS 2" kit.

3.25" with 31's. not too bad, but looks much better with 33's or 35's

I had 31s and a 4" lift. Looks very similar to a 3.25" lift with 30" tires. Heres a pic:

Only picture I actually have from most of the side

Here it is with 33" tires:

Personally, I think it looks pretty stupid, but thats just me. Will your tires be a 10.50" wide or a 9.50" wide? Mine were/are 10.50"

I can also tell you that I have since added a 1.25" BL, a spacer up front, and took off my steps... its a little hard to get in, but manageable; I am not very tall myself (I do have grab handles on the roll bar).

This is about a 3.5" lift on 32s. Yes, you'll want new wheels and tires. :)

Anything more then 3" and u r just opening up a lot more work that will have to be done. And at least u should run a 32" tire or just put a 2 in lift and run the 30

I agree. 2" would be good with 30" tires... maybe a little tall for them, but it is a LOT easier than even that 3.25" lift. You would need control arms, brackets/new trackbars, possibly a TC drop/SYE.

A girl looking at jeep suspension lifts? Do you need a boyfriend?? :D

I hate to say it because I was in your shoes for a long time, but now at the ripe old age of 23 i've realized if you're going to do it, you should do it right...If you plan on going bigger, get bigger tires too otherwise its kind of pointless imo. I know money is always the issue and throughout college i was broke..... If you want the lift and then bigger tires in the future, i'd wait and do them both around the same time. Patience is a ***** sometimes... Good luck :)
