Will a TJ hitch fit on a JK?

Hey all;

Titles pretty self explanitory. Im a ZJ/Wj guy, but one of my buddies has a JK wrangler mountain edition. Will my other buddies tow hitch from his TJ fit on the JK?

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
