G'day mate. Camper tent trailors such as mine are very very common in australia.
The trailor is a 7'x4' box trailor with 510mm high sides, longer than standard drawbar, upright spare tyre holder, space on the drawbar for a toolbox. It also has 3x jerry can holders and 1x 4.5kg gas bottle holder. It was purchased in basic form Just Trailers - Home which is located in Brisbane Australia. I think they call it an "Offroad Trailor".
I then asked many of the local and national camper trailor manufacturers for a purpose made 'tent top'. These tent tops are made by a company then bolted to the top of the trailor. My tent top was supplied by Austrack Campers who delivered it to my door and it was simply a case of my dad and i lifting it onto the trailor and bolting it down. It simply folds out easily to setup. Have a look at their website, instructions are there.
There are many aussie camper trailor manufacturers who supply just the tent top or the whole trailor package:

My Dana44 axle, and OX locker. Going to get the OX installed.
HP Dana 30 when I picked it up at the wrecking yard. The junk yard guys had a good laugh standing there watching me load it by myself.

^ got that beat!
Only one I have picts: 5 - 35's (didn't have to move the front seats - back seat was out though)
also been able to fit an 8 foot couch and still had room for me and my buddy who helped load it. Also loaded up 4 - mounted 31's and all of the stock parts (including skids) that came off the jeep after the lift (there was a ton of room left in that one - just everything was really awkward to get in)
14 extra inches makes a huge difference
