Get a budget boost/leveling kit, stay under 2.5" total, and run 285/70/17 tires on new 17" rims. If you keep the stock rims (which are 18"), you'll want wheel spacers, if not, get aftermarket rims with a minimum of 5" backspacing (4.75 is better)

Go 6 inch and 40 inch tires!!!!

Well maybe you can help narrow it down. What do you want to do with it? Where are you going to be taking your jeep? Mud, rock crawling, dirt road and so on? Lastly, budget?

35" GoodYear Wrangler MTR/K's with 2.5" lift.

If it's not supposed to move and does use duct tape.
If it's supposed to move and doesn't use WD40
