What oil do you run?

Let me say this, im not trying to start a war about oil.. I'm just curious on what oil everyone uses? Reasons? I myself use castrol syntec. My engine just seems to like it better

Penzoil Platinum 5W-20 and a Purolator Pure One, (slighlty oversize) oil filter...I change at 6K miles, which is about a year or less of driving. fuel economy improved with this oil and engine break in; I also clean the throttle butterfly, and vaccum out the air filter and box and rotate tires at the same service (DITY). I run about 38PSI cold in the tires...

I run Mobil 1, I have for the last 110K miles. When I pulled the valve cover (240K total) , it was completely clean inside. No deposit at all.

I run the big V in mine on everything. I use full syn on everything but, the engine which is the Maxlife 10w-30 semi syn that seems to really make the engine purr and by looking at bob is the oil guy maxlife shows low wear in 4.0's which is good enough for me. I know Mobil has been shown to give off higher iron numbers in UOA's over at BITOG.

I run either delo or Rottella diesel motor oil in my Yj, it has higher amounts of zinc which our jeeps cam like and a higher amounts of detergent that standard motor oil which keep the engine clean and happy!
