Urgent advice needed... and the story continues
So i need some major advice here's my previous thread concerning the original issue:
http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f12/body-lift-bushing-advice-1049486/ but to catch everyone up, my tans plate dropped out of my frame while i was on the highway (as mentioned in the previous thread). so i found this shop through a friend and had them reweld the bottom of the frame where the bolts had ripped through they had mentioned that the body mounts were rotting but they would take care of it. no problem with communication and in two weeks i had the jeep back. as i drove it home, the jeep settled out and the doors and top started misaligning.by the time i had made my first pit stop the door wouldn't shut anymore and i had to tie it closed with bailer twine. when i had got home the top was sitting 1/2" higher than the top on the windshield. i called the shop the next day and told them what had happened, they informed me it was most likely the body new body mounts in the center of the tub and the old ones in the corners were causing it to settle weird. i brought the jeep back to them and was in contact for two week then they ceased to return phone calls. two months later i recievea call that the job would cost $1500. before this point i had heard no quotes even though i asked frequently. i told them that i didn’t have that much money and i could only swing $1k. he agreed to this and said my jeep would be ready for pick on on friday. this morning i went to pick up the jeep and i couldn’t shift it in 2nd, 4th and R. in addition to that, the doorsand the top not aligning were still misaligned. i even had noticed that for whatever reason they spraypainted my stamped rims. i need major advice how to deal with this issue, whether it is a baseball bat, choice words or a lawyer, now i’m out of a jeep, no money in my checking or savings, and frustrated with a shop that won’t communicate with me. in total this shop has cost me $2k to do this job and as i have said before, every time i have my jeep there it gets worse.

Here's some information I forgot to mention or expound upon in my first post. I think what I am going to do at this point is look for some kind of advocate to help me with this situation. The big reason why I am considering this is beacause as I have already mentioned, my rims have mysteriously been painted black. For a body mount repair, I don't see any reason for them to paint them especially without telling me. Second ( I didn't mention this before) my insoection sticker was scraped into pieces on my windshield. It is still there but only by the clear packaging tape I put over it to keep it from falling apart in the rain. It looks like it was removed and stuck back on though. As with my wheels, I do not see a reason this sticker should have been touched to do a body lift fix. I'm not sure if there are any organizations that deal with situations like this but let me know if you guys have any ideas. I really need advice for this situation so if anyone has any nights of wisdom please share. Thank you so much for reading and posting
