treadwright tires...comments, experience?

Hello!

So I am broke, and would like new tires. The tires I have on the yj i just bought are pretty worn, and it could use some new shoes before too long. I have been waiting around for deals but cannot wait much longer! the current tires on it are 235/75/17. On some amc wheels i believe.

I would like some BFG m/ts, or other form of nice m/ts, even some KOs would be sweet, but it seems i cant afford four of those things!

so I looked at these

235-75R15-Crawler-M-T-(C) - Retread Tires from TreadWright, Inc.

cheap price (60 a tire)....just dont know how they hold up, what kind of traction they get, and how the on road driving is.

thanks!

I had tires from treadWright on my TJ. I have to say I was really impressed with how fast I got them, also with the tire itself. They held up great, had great tread came with 30,000 mile warranty and you can't beat the price. I learned about them on my local jeep forum, alot of those guys run them also.

I have the 31/1050/15 mud tread on my YJ for two years and haven't had a single problem. The balanced fine and are good in the mud, can't beat them for the price.

Sweet...That's what I wanted to hear. As long as they are semi okay on road. Coming from bfg krawlers I don't mind road noise and am used to it! But I want to make sure they wear semi well and perform decent!! I appreciate feedback so far and encourage more!!

I posted some info and pictures on the thread below regarding treadwright tires.

Treadwright tires any good?

These appear to be very good quality tires, and I look forward to installing them on my Wrangler.
