The guy's first post was flagged for removal but he reposted it. Im kinda nervous of a scam here. But if its legitimate it will be a good buy.

I knew it was too good to be true...
this is the email i got back answering NONE of my questions (gearing, axle, the type of lift ect...)

Hello,

"Thanks for being interested in buying my 1999 Jeep Wrangler SAHARA 4X4, Automatic Transmission, Engine : 6 CYLINDERS, 4.0L L6 FI / 4 WHEEL DRIVE, 104, 095 miles, VIN #1J4FY49S4XP416899.
The jeep is like new, clear TITLE, completely working, perfect running condition, with no hidden damages or accidents, it has always been garage kept, low miles, non-smoker no flood or storms. It is a US model and passed the US test emissions (smog).
The price is $3,850.00 USD firm. I recently moved to Lisboa, Portugal because I divorced with my husband and after the divorce I own this jeep, now I tried to register it here they said that I can't register a jeep that has US emissions.I am selling the jeep so cheap because I can't find a buyer here.I want to sell it in US because is located and still registered there.
I will prefer to use only eBay Vehicle Purchase Protection to complete the transaction safe. If you are interested in getting my jeep please give me a reply.

Thank you,
Felicia Franklin
isomn@msn.com"

Scam? i think so.

Kiss the one you have.

The one you saw may not even exist and your 3850 is still in your pocket and not being spent by some looser in Portugal while you sit and wait for a TJ that will never come.
