TJ cowl armor

Does anyone make TJ cowl armor. I've been looking for awhile. Found some JK plastic junk but that's not even real armor. I'm seeing the tub guard (which i'll buy from GenRight) and windshield guards but no cowl guard. If you've seen some or know a rig with some on it (even if homemade) I'd be interested in seeing it.

Body armor that covers the cowl panel (that's the panel behind the hood with the vent and wipers). Mainly the curved part on the ends would be the part i'd care to armor, the top flat part not so much.

This piece. The tub armor stops just above the X sticker. Obviously it can be bent. Maybe its a tub piece or cowl part whichever... I don't seem to find anyone making it.

No one makes it because it's really a non issue. Yes, I'm sure that some guy somwhere managed to mess theirs up, but there's no where near enough demand to make one.

you can find a few people who make it. go to quadretc and they have a few on their site. I would get the diamond plate not the plastic. So far its the cheapest way I have found to fix a dent caused by allowing the door to swing all the way out and smash the mirror into the side of your jeep

Me too. Crushed the passenger side right in front of the antenna, against a tree last weekend.

While my rocker guards with tube protect the lower part, the cowl sides are vulnerable when going off camber into a tree.

This was all I could find. These do not cover the curved sheet metal. Funny the the guardian shows a photo of the full damage that can happen, but their panel does not cover it either.

Of course there was the OEM body panel. Are these spot welded in ?
