Personally I think Jeep install at least 1 lighter, 1 pen and some loose coins at the back of the windshield in the factory, everyone seems to have at least those!

Rusty keys were an option (I had one, but for someone else's jeep, not mine!)

I found about 6 feet of barbed wire, 2 horse shoes, a full bud light, iodine, rubbing alcohol, gauze pads, and first aid tape in mine.

That's quite a period of time to bump this thread. Amusing as it is, I can see the reasoning.

My jeep was pretty clean when I got it but I did find magnetic hide-a-keys under the carpet. Yes plural spare keys. One on the drivers side under the accelerator pedal, one on the passenger side under the seat and a third one when I removed the carpet in the rear right behind the center console. The PO's were senior citizens and apparently forgot where they kept the extra keys hidden for the jeep. Good thing they had a rudimentary alarm system installed or that thing would have been stolen years ago!

When I bought mine I found a pair of mens underwear under the passenger seat.

Found a mouse in the airbox. Does that count?

Your limited slip differential sucks.

23 bucks in the center console, this giant black storage box that goes in the back with a jack in it, and all these insurance papers for this truck the guy had.
Hope he didn't need those.

I found a paring knife between the windshield frame and the gasket under it. It had to have been put there. There was an OLD pair of reading glasses in there too. I found two other steak knifes in other places in the Jeep too.

Used spray paint can, empty can of tire shine (the guy was obsessed with tire shine) change, old rags, the 30-day tags from back in 04, some trash, oh and the guy's cousin's wallet. Good thing I'm a nice person and called to let him know. He came and got it a little bit later. Have yet to find a lighter, though.

My PO was a recent high school grad, in a small town, so I wasn't overly surprised to find a half dozen unspent .22 cal rounds. The used condom under the back seat wasn't the most pleasant find as I cleaned it out. Thankfully I had gloves on.
