how much to be painted?

The under side of those is going to look different than the one I make. It will be a 2"x2" piece of square tube with a piece of 4"x4" 1/4" plate with 4 bolt holes at the end. As far as paint goes I'm not much of a painter I'd prefer to sell them bare steel plus right now it's cold in central pa so I can't paint them my friend got lucky and had a 50 degree day in mid February

My zip is 16601 Altoona, PA if you want a more detailed charge go to UPS or FedEx They will weigh around 80lbs for the set to ship. First response that wants them will get the set i am working on now, and we will go from there.

Here is how they will attach to the frame. either at two spots or three spots which ever you choose.

Whats the wall thickness of the material used and will you still be bending the tube rather then cutting and welding?

The round tube is around 5/32" (.144) and the square tube is 1/8". And yes i will be bending the tubes instead of cut and welding them.

Sorry one more question. What are the dimensions on the square tube? 3 x 2? Definitly want a set. Looks like shipping to NJ will be about $50 through fex ex.

the square tubing is 2X2 the picture i uploaded is just of how they will attach to the frame as far as plate at the end of the legs

i am intrested just wondering how they will work with tube fenders front are rear when i get them. i see your from altoona but dosent say a state. from pa? im from hagerstown md wich is close to you. im thinking maybe once i get them and get them installed i could come out and we could custom fab something that goes from front to rear. how does that sound? but wouldnt be for a year or so till i have the jeep to that stage. this is if you live in pa and would be intrested

Looks like I am going to be the guinee pig for this one. Sheetz said he should have the set he is working on right now done for me on Friday. Will post the pics when I get them, get them painted, and get them on the Jeep!!

I have the main parts done now I have to put the frame supports on and clean them up

The first set shipped today they will arrive on Friday to LostinIA hopefully he likes them and can give me some good feedback about them. Once I hear from him and any ideas he has I will start the next set, and start taking some more orders.
