That feels a little high for a 2000 with 116,000 miles on it. I get that it's got a new lift and tires and that's a decent chunk of change, but the owner has delusions that he's going to get that money back when he sells it.

If it were me, and the rest of the vehicle checks out, I'd throw a $6,000 offer out there, watch the owner get insulted, then come back with $6,500. I wouldn't go more than $7,000 for it. If it were me.

It worth 7-8 so try 7500 cash. That's not bad at all for a 200

Garage
Jeeps tend to be priced on the high side in my neck of the woods, but I wouldn't expect to pay more than $6,000 or $7,000 for a vehicle with nearly 120K on the clock.

The mileage wouldn't scare me. If it's in nice shape, here in Seattle, that jeep would sell for $8 - $10 k, all day long.
