Take a small poll of strangers at a grocery store and see how many people know about the Rubicon trail...

Luckily I don't give a rats a$$ about anyone in the grocery store. I was pointing out that since we are Jeep enthusiasts most will know on this site, as well as other 4x4 enthusiasts. (Not everyone that wheels has a jeep)

Actually, the Rubicon Trail was named after the Rubicon River that the trail runs near. That Rubicon River was named after the original Rubicon River in Italy, that the people that named the one here after, because it reminded them of the one in Italy. You know, the original one that Julius Caesar crossed in 49 BC to end the Republic. "The die has been cast!"

(I would probably not put a giant 427 emblem on the side!)

It was for me, 29 years ago!

I saw a bright green tj the other day that had "LepraCon" on the hood, I thought that was clever.

First, is it against the law to be a Rubicon "Impersonator"? Second, if anyone out there has the decals, would you be brave enough to show me? Third, can you see the clear vinyl portion? And last, are you pleased?

Thanks!
Be original, put a "XICON" sticker on it. Anyone half way into jeeps will be able to take a look under you rig and see it's not a Rubi.
