rubicon(clone) stickers on a YJ are fun! because anyone with a brain cell or two knows that there arent any. so its funny. not asinine.

my favorite rubimock sticker is on a blue rubicon around hear.

lifted blue TJ well built, driven by a hasidic jew. his sticker? JEWBICON. followed by a star of david.

I wouldn't put Rubicon on a non-Rubi. I do like that Rubiclone one though. It makes me smile, and it says what the Jeep is. Truth in advertising, what a concept.

I wish I had bought an LJ instead of my Sport. I wonder if I put an "Unlimited" sticker on the side of my Sport, if it would then be an LJ?

I took off my "RUBICON" decals and replaced them with my own..

But putting a "RUBICON" sticker on a X or Sahara is just as poserish as say buying a Mustang and then sticking the Cobra badge on it... what level of insecurities cause one to do these things?

I guess you can do anything you choose to your rig if it makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside and laughter doesn't bother you.

I Vote No on the Rubicon Decals on a non rubicon. I've been thinking of a Hood decal for my Jeep as well I was thinking of tossing the Family cattle brand on it. So My vote would be for a Custom emblem

First, is it against the law to be a Rubicon "Impersonator"? Second, if anyone out there has the decals, would you be brave enough to show me? Third, can you see the clear vinyl portion? And last, are you pleased?

Thanks!
Yes, it violates every Jeep code of ethics. You either have a Rubicon or you don't have a Rubicon.

What are you thinking buying an X anyway ??

X whatever number we're on for the no rubicon sticker on a non rubicon ride. should there be some sort of consequence? maybe revoking either your man or jeep card.

Unless you live in Mexifornia Lighten up Francis.

While I get your drift, my point is that Rubicons are a prime target for theft, and then make there way in droves down to Mexico for sale to the highest bidder. I doubt very many are being stolen and shipped to Spain, thus my play on words.

While I wish no hardship on a fellow jeep owner, and doubt the OP has the same troubles in Ohio that we have here in CA, I question the wisdom of making your jeep more of a target for theft. Many Rubicon owners in CA, especially So CA, remove their decals to reduce the chances of theft. Those actually stealing the jeeps have no real idea what they are looking at, they simply see the decal and go.

Nay for the fake stickers. Something original would be a lot better.
