Rubicon 6 speed tranny problem

I have a 05 Rubicon LJ. It popped out of reverse a couple of times and now will not go into reverse. Feels like the shifter isnt going in gear. Anyone else had this probem? Or maybe know the cause?

Search JF or Google it. I don't know much about the problem, but I have seen this very issue come up before. Did you recently install a body lift? If not, it sounds like a tranny issue based on my previous readings.

Nothing has been changed. Its 100% stock. It will not even click into reverse. You can hold it if you are strong enough and it will back up but it seems like it is borderline on popping into gear.

So they want a arm and 2 legs to fix it. Is there another way to go as far as using another transmission? Any way to bolt a AX15 in it or maybe something else?
