Question for all who have used Raptor liner

I didn't find too much on this when I searched but I've noticed that a lot of you have sprayed the liner where the door and tailgate seal as well as where the soft top clips onto the rails. Have any of you experienced any water coming in or compromise in the seal in any way due to the rough liner? Also I would think that the liner making contact with the soft top material could be a little hard on it or am I way off? I'll be spraying Raptor this weekend and can't decide if I want to spray these areas.
