Pennsylvania Jeep Laws

bout week ago i got pulled over need to fix the following things....

Side Mirrors- Do I need just a drivers side or both side mirrors?

Tires past Fender Flares- Do they need to be completely under the Fender Flair? Or am i allowed 3"?

You need both and your tires need to be completely covered.

These are the Pennsylvania Vehicle Mandates, hope it helps.

In Michigan we are only required to have 2 of the 3 mirrors, which means I can take my doors off, and only need the driver side mirror and rear view mirror to be in compliance with state law. Again though, that's Michigan.

Check here for the mirror law, the way I read it, you only need the rear-view, unless you are tinted or have rear-window obstructions.
