OPDA poll 06' Owners.

If you are a owner of a 06' model have you had to replace your ODPA?

Haven't bothered to check since it wouldn't matter if it's worn. Can't get the part, don't have another vehicle to drive, just going to have to wing it until there's a permanent solution.

Did the fog mod, grease it regularly, hoping for the best!

I didn't replace the whole OPDA - just the gear. However, 3,000 miles later the wear is starting again.

Where's the, I've had the gear replaced, but the OPDA is still a piece of junk and needs to be replaced, but I can't order one, and jeep could give a **** about us since we already bought jeeps that were no longer being made therefore it's our fault, option, because that's the one I'd have picked.

Yep....the YJ's issues still would have cost more than the OPDA issue. Hey, it's a jeep thing, we're always going to be working on them, it'd just be nice if there were parts available when you need them. Technically I don't need the OPDA yet, I'd just like to have one.

60,000 plus. I did have the audible symptoms about 2 years ago. It lasted about a month then subsided.
