I'm sorry but the green on my 92 Safari is the best Jeep color ever but I still like my Flame Red JK....flame on.

Glad I got my True Blue while I could! It was between that and billet, but there are a lot of silver/grey cars out there these days. I did really like the Red Rock on my old 08.

Lol, seriously, I'm sure that you can track a "true blue" JK down if you had to.

Also note that this shameful peer harassment is coming from a dude who bought an all-white sahara (!)... fortunately I've "manned up" with a lot of flat black armor since then...

Jeep never keeps a blue more than a year. It's almost tradition

A real Jeepers response: "I don't know what they call the color, I just know the sound it makes when a rock scrapes it off."

^^ this

Took me over a year to find the JKU in the color/setup I wanted, but glad I took the time.

Almost settled for a 2010 in the metallic light blue (surfer blue); in retrospect, very glad I did not.

Quick funny backstory, I went to the Jeep dealership in 1991 to buy my first new Jeep, (YJ)- they had red, white, black and silver. At the time, that's all you ever saw of them, and I wanted to be different. In fact, I told the salesman 'everybody has a red one, I want to stand out'.

Ordered a yellow one off a color chip, they found one 300 miles away, and brought it up for me, but I signed the papers sight unseen.

I had that jeep exactly 14 hours before I returned it -got it when they closed @ 6pm, returned it when they opened @ 8am.

It was supposed to be a bright vibrant yellow (like the Jk had) but in reality, it was the same color as a legal notepad

Yep, ended up with a red one.

Hoss

I'm tired of my commute looking like a black and white movie.
I'm glad Jeep offers colors like Crush Orange and Gecko Green. Although I did like Dozer quite a bit.

I was so upset about this. That's the color I was planning on getting. I'm starting to think I should just get whatever color and then get a custom color paint job.
