Never thought such a thing could happen

Don't know if any of you Jeepers in California know about this, but it is pretty ridiculous.
End to Jeep Wrangler soft-tops in California? | Radio Vice Online
Beware future Wrangler buyers in Cali you may not get the soft top option! Any more the freedom to own what we want and drive what we want is slowly being taken away from us, pretty ridiculous tree huggers can be.

The second sentence of that states it "may" lead to chrysler stopping the sale of soft tops. That's BS. It's already been addressed. If I can find the link I'll post it.

I hope California drops into the sea, or at least the liberal tree huggers that live there, they keep screwing the rest of the world, why don't they try doing something useful and ban the use of black top, that raises the temperature on the ground. Sorry Glockster but you state is really screwed up, and its becoming a drain on the rest of the country.

That's why if I lived there I'd have a open top Jeep for nice days and a hardtop Jeep for crappy days.

His statement isn't too far off. They already banned the sale of dark colored new cars in Kalifornia because they get hotter and require the use of A/C.

How do you people in Kalifornia elect these people? Honestly, who in the hell would want Nancy Pelosi to represent them? I can't stand to watch her pompus *** on the news.

i actually rather enjoy that part

i think i just threw up in my mouth a little...
banning the blacktop has the chance of being fun for Jeeps...
but seriously California, what's wrong with you? it's strange how the crazy ideas that would land you in an institution anywhere else are becoming state law in Kalifornia.

I've seen stickers on the backs of a few Jeeps that read:
"Paved roads. Another example of wasteful government spending."
