Mildew or Mold on Soft Top Windows, how to clean?

I recently bought a soft top off a guy who purchased a 04 Rubicon (he's retired, hadn't owned the Jeep but three days, and plans to never take off the hard top) which came with the dual top package, the soft top is brand new, been in storage and because of that, it has Mildew spots or mold, Idk, and I was wondering, how would you clean the windows without scratching them or damaging them with some sort of chemical, like bleach. These windows are pristine guys, not a scratch what so ever on them, so I'd like to keep em this way.

Google is your friend

This post talks about using bleach on Jeep soft tops.

This article says NO to bleach from a detailing website

Bestop has a product for their vinyl windows.

Mopar has a cleaner for jeep widows, it's pretty cheap to buy on Amazon. Part # 5012248AA
