Did you get the three piece disconnects or the 1 pieced fold up kind? RC sent me the 3 piece ones first (I didn't realize there was more than one kind) and I really wasn't liking them much. I ended up with the correct ones in 2 or 3 days (another point for RC's great customer service) and I like them MUCH better.

I was on my way to Richmond yesterday for Christmas at my sister's house. Just made it off the interstate when the "check gauges" light came on. Made it about another 3 miles before the Jeep went Ka-put. Walked 1.4 miles to Advance Auto and bought a new yellow top optima battery and an el-cheapo replacement alternator. Replaced the battery on the highway and get to my sisters to replace the alt. So, $400 and 2 hours later I make it for dinner. I guess I'm not getting that winch I wanted, but now I have the right battery for it when I do.
