Not true. It won't go in my garage! With 33's, a 4" lift, and hard top on, I clear my garage door by less than an inch. I won't mention what happened when I put a set of 35's on my Jeep while in the garage and then attempted to exit....

Some of our Jeeps face real world restrictions. That's life.
