Lowered Jeeps

Not sure I would ever go this route, but saw a pic of this from a local cars and donuts meet and I kinda like it...

I think they might have just taken the springs out... Talk about riding on bumpstops! Probably a 2WD model.

There are a few things I would definitely change about it, but I kind of like it. Looks like a ton of work went into it. Reminds me of a newer version of the flatfender hot-rods that are around.

Looks like an IFS in the front and at the least coilovers in the back. Based on the Vette wheels I wouldn't be surprised if it was C4 Vette suspension all around, its a popular swap into older Vette's and hot rods.

I take back my previous comment. I now see IFS components, as well as what appears to be coilovers in the rear...I'd find it hard to imagine that they would set up 4WD with IFS though, so still 2WD. I think it makes me even more sick that someone would invest that much money to lower a perfectly fine TJ... At least there is no added chrome.

i think it was well thought out, done proper and clean looking. atleast he isnt riding on dubs and doesnt have all the chrome accents
