keep the 37's or go bigger??

well i have about 250 miles on my 37x13.50's now and i just added the new mc enterprises front fenders and have tube fenders on the way....should i keep the 37's or go to a bigger tire to fill the opening...if so what size???

Plain and simple... You need a bigger tire or smaller lift.

Lower it down ~5", lengthen shock mounts, stick with 37's. If you still have the D30 up front, you're already on the line.

1 tons are in the works along with stretched wheelbase......im not wanting a daily driver....

he has a 2.5" lift....just modified a little.

Go with 40s or 42s if you are getting tons.

sorry about the daily driver deal....just giving you all a heads up....its gona be a trailer queen to the trails......i was thinkin 40's but not sure..... yes i have 2.5" lift on top of a 7.5" rock road spring over conversion and 2" body lift....total of 12" lift lol

I say stock springs on the SOA with 40's

BTW whats your rear axle right now?

I say keep the height because its sexy, and once you get the tons for 40s.

I do believe the axle gear ratio limit for your Dana 30 is 4.88.. not nearly low enough for any thing larger then 37's. You'd also want to upgrade the axles for bigger tires.. you should already want bigger axles for those 37's!

yeah he's getting one tons, but how far away is that? I wouldnt want to ride around with 40's on a dana 30/35(probably what he has currently lol) for more than 15 minutes, let alone 2 months or however long hes gonna wait
