Jeep Defective Seat

Hi All,

I have a 2016 JKU Hard Rock Edition that came with a defective leather seat and Jeep Wave gave me the following answer after two service managers from two dealers requested a replacement cover. This is my 3rd JKU and I never had an issue with a seat like this and although it is leather, it is a glaring blem that does not belong in a $50+ vehicle...I don't care if it's a jeep or not.

Vehicle Description: JEEP WRANGLER UNLIMITED RUBICON 4X4 SPORT UTILITY 4-DOOR

Hello, I have gathered all of the necessary information as the dealership has advised that due to the seats being real leather, there is nothing that can be done. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach me at the number below to discuss your case further. I dunno. That's developed over how many miles/how much time?

My 16 passenger seat (saddle brown leather) started to come apart at a seam so I had no problem getting a warranty replacement.

But your photo could show normal leather wear. Tough to say from a photo.

if it was delivered like that, I'd say you're gonna have a tough time getting jeep to replace it. however, if this blem just popped up, I think you are due a new seat. kinda looks like you are sitting on your iPhone and it marred the seat.

I used to be AVATR, but as a result of the recent security breach, I had to create a new username.
