It is a Jeep thing apparently you don't understand.
If they have more than one jeep then why do they choose to take the jeep that most other jeepers hate?

That's an absurd statement... "most other Jeepers hate"?

I run with guys in TJs, YJs, CJs, and JKs, and there's no hate for the JK. We're just glad we've got another buddy out on the trail with us.

We have 3 Jeeps in the family, My YJ, My sons TJ and my wifes JK. When all 3 of us go anywhere together it is usually in the JK because its normally too take the dogs to the SPA.

Another thought to ponder: If they ever come out with a JEEP pick-up truck , Wave or no Wave!

Let me see.......

2010 JK Unlimited Sport vs 1998 TJ SE 2.5l

Sirius, a/c, auto, cruise, hardtop versus 4 angry squirrels and no a/c. Not a hard decision for a long trip on a hot day.

Sometimes we drive the tj, even to church and that's without the top and doors. Other times the jk gets driven.

Another thought to ponder: If they ever come out with a JEEP pick-up truck , Wave or no Wave![/QUOTE]

I already own 2 Jeep(J-20) pick-ups(so yes, wave), a YJ, and the new JKU, have owned a CJ, and a Commander. TO: dwbrown, I own a newer Jeep because I can, and have dumped more money in my older Jeeps than the cost of my JK, that and the JK is our family vehicle, you know my kiddos are Jeepers too, waving at ANY Jeep, because even my 6 and 3 year old know their Jeeps, apparently some "Jeepers" do not. I made my decision based on my needs, not what other "Jeepers" thought. I never thought the "Jeep" thing meant to be an elitist, it is about owning a Jeep, a real American Icon, wheeling it is simply one of our(the collective Jeep owners) options to do with the vehicle. Lift it, slam it, DD it, it is a Jeep, thats what matters.

I mean no disrespect to JK owners on here its just the owners in my area that piss me off. you wave at them and they just look at you weird or give you the finger. for all the JK owners on here that actually wave I'm truthfully sorry.

Why does everyone care if they get a return wave?? It's not like it was a lot of trouble for you to lift a couple of fingers.

The jeep wave is like the slug bug hit. You only hit for the vw beetle, not every vw vehicle like they presume. It should be the same for Jeep, just the wave for the wranglers. I will wave to any jeep that waves to me.
