Iggee Seat Covers

From what I have read Iggee is the brand to go with for seat covers, but I have some questions about them.
My first question is about the price, everyone says they are cheaper on the ebay store but at iggee.com the price is $195 and on ebay it's $245, is the iggee.com price a per seat price?
Next question is on what year they fit, both stores say 1997-2002, does that mean they won't fit an 2005? Did jeep change the seats?
Next, is there a cut out for the lever to slide the seats forward on the side?
Finally, I have vinyl seats already, will the covers slide all over the place?

Thanks guys!

I have an 04 and run the Iggee's fine. They fit like a glove and look awesome! I also had vinyl seats.

Thank you!
Do they breath well? The stock seats seem to get really hot after sitting in them for a while.

Well being that they are leather, they can get quite warm if left in the sun for a while but they feel great once you sit in them for a while. I would say they breath well. They are very durable if you ask me; if you ask me, the only weak part of their design is the straps used to hold the bottom part of the seat covers (these straps are extremely easy to rip, ask me how I know). As long as you're careful installing the bottom parts, you'll be glad you bought them.

Thanks once again, and if one of the straps rips I will probably just sew a stronger one on there.
Next big decision is color.

Thats what I did with the straps. I ripped two of them and ones hanging on by a thread so that one will have to get fixed soon.

They are not leather. They are PVC vinyl (synthetic leather). They do not breathe as they are vinyl. They are waterproof. Jeep did change the seats half way through the TJ run. You need covers for your year. They have all the necessary cutouts for the levers and such. Iggee prices the covers per row. $195 for the front and $195 for the rear.

Mine fit like a glove. They get hot in the sun, but feel nice after you sit on them. Go for the solid colors. The all black look sweet and you never have to worry about faded inserts.

I bought mine at http://www.trailduty.com. They are not listed on the site, but e-mail the sales department (sales@trailduty.com) and they will hook you up. I paid right at $300 (after shipping and TX sales tax) to cover all the seats in my LJ. It's a little more than e-bay but I have a vendor to talk to if I have issues. You can't return the ebay ones.

Zen, did you just order for your year because it only lists up to 2002?

They have two patterns, 97-02 and 03-06. You need the '03-'06.

I just sent an e-mail to sales@trailduty.com told them I had an '05 LJ and wanted Iggee covers for front and rear. It took 2.5 weeks as they are all special order no matter who you buy from. There's a phone number on the website you can call if you would rather place an order that way.

If you do get color, be prepared to paint them in about a year. My red turned to pink shortly. They are back to red now.

But the black doesn't fade too much right?

I've got a buddy with the black on his JK. He's had them for 2 years now in Texas sun. He wheels hard and is tough on his Jeep. They look great, no noticable fading and less wear than my factory seats had after 2 years. His covers are the reason I bought mine. Trust me, if you get all black or all spice/tan you will be happy you did. (After you do the PITA install of course.)

I got my IGGE"S Black, for my '08 Ruby and after sun, sand, rain, they're unmarked

They do fit like a surgical glove, you should leave them in the sun for 30 minutes, before fitting them and use a hair dryer for the headrest application !!

TJs don't have that issue. Our headrests are built into the seat. Setting them in the sun is a good idea tho. If the front seat back billows out like mine did initially just tighten the flap that goes through the seat and it should conform nicely.
