How much did your on boad air cost?
I am looking to do an on board air system on my YJ. I have a 2.5L and I plan on using the A/C compressor. I haven't decided if I am going to run a tank or not.
Anyone else running a similar set up? If so about how much did you spend on it? Thanks.

Somewhere in the $200 range. With a air tank.
You plan on using the stock pump so make sure you spend the money for a decient check valve and air lines. You also want to run a copper line in between the rubber hose and the compressor. The air coming out of the compressor gets pretty hot. I run mine out to the air tank first, to help cool it down and keep the oil out of the system, then to the filter and regulator. My check valve is after the copper line. It is one that is used for air not for water.

You could probably piece it together with a junk compressor for the tank if you're looking for a way to save.
