Seems like a few of us made the mistake of trying to go wheel alone for the first time haha. That's why I'm excited for my friend to get his JKU back and my other friend to get his Ranger all done up! It’ll solve the “should I try it?” question, to “ Hey I’m gonna try that and you can pull me out if I get stuck”.

When I got my first Jeep, I talked with a buddy of mine who does a lot of wheeling with his 'Yota. His sage advice was, "wheeling is like doing drugs. You never do it alone, it's very addicting and it'll empty your pocket book faster than a wife."

My first time wheelin in my Jeep was with a buddy of mine who is a die hard Yota guy as well. I basically did everything he told me not to do, then he taught me how to get unstuck.

Always bring a redneck along, they know what to do.

Idk,
Redneck to me means some one who sits around drinking beer an screwing sisters/cousins and watching NASCAR.
Similar to a hillbillies!

Let's see here...

Doesn't really drink all that much
Doesn't like NASCAR
Massive gun collection
Huge shop in front yard
Lives in the hills of Missouri (small town)
Currently has a half Mexican chick knocked up, she's a drama queen from hell
Knows just about anything involving mechanics under the sun
Works in a rock quarry, dump truck driver
Dips
Smokes
Work boots for casual wear
Fan of the Chevy 350
Not religious

Could be a mixture of redneck somewhere in there I suppose.
