I paid 6k for my 97 last year. It had a nice warn winch and good miles, tires and interior excellent. I thought this would be great for my son. Cheap usually means trouble with jeeps! Wondering what others think

Good deal?
Here that's a little more than half what I'd expect to pay.

I'd look to make SURE they aren't trying to sell a problem, or that it isn't a scam.

Often the "I'll send you a money order for $500 over/ send me a money order I'll ship it to you" scams put out bait like that.

What lift? What rear axle? Frame damage? Welds in strange places?

Anything bent/folded/stapled/spindled/mutilated underneath?

What does Carfax say?

This thing is about 100 miles from where I live. I feel same vibes when I see this! So wasting my time to go look at a peice of junk or a really good find . That's the chance you take I guess, let you know what I find out- I am definitely not falling into a scam. Thanks

Get the VIN from the seller and run a Carfax before you go.

They may have gone insane from having a case TJ Hell.. There are times you could buy a tj for 5 bucks and some days not for a million bucks.
