gonna sell the Jeep, how much and what should I do?

So I think it is finally time to sell my jeep. This was and is my dream jeep, but I am at the point where I decided I really need to start saving for other hobbies/house. Before I post this in the classifieds, I figure I would ask the forum what you think I should do before actually selling it? How much do you think I should ask, and can you think of any issues I should address first?

Here is what I have:

2006 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited
hunter green? There is probably an actual jeep name for the color.
~64k miles

37x12.50x17 goodyear kevlars
17" XD Addict rims 5x5.5

4.5" AEV progressive coils
skyjacker lower control arms. JJs on one end Bushings on the other.
Mopar front and rear rock bumpers
Mopar rock sliders
towing package
6-speed NSG-370
front/rear dana 44s with lockers 4.10 gearing
locker bypass mod
JKS 1.25 body lift
1" mml forget which brand but it was one suggested on here.
Ruff stuff differential covers
ORFab Jerry Can swing away tire carrier.
Bushwacker 6" flat flares

This Jeep is mostly a mallcrawler, but it has been mudding several times. Tires have no rock rash or any gashes in them.
I took out the carpet in the rear, the front carpet is still there.
The owner before me apparently made someone mad and had a small cut in the side and back of driver's seat.
The rims are 5x5.5 b/c I was planning on swapping the axles eventually. I am using spydertrax wheel adapters. oh, best part about these rims is that they don't make them in a 5x4.5, so not many people have them on a tj/lj!
As for the 37s and 4.10s... For offroading, you really need to go up numerically in gearing to say 5.13s, but for around town it drives fine. It holds 70 on the hwy no problem.

What do you guys think? How much should I ask?

sorry probably should have posted this in general discussion.

Clean retail price in my zip code is 20K on NADA. If you wait for the right buyer to come along you should be able to get most of that out of it.

I'm thinking I'm gonna try for 19500 since the soft top isn't in best condition. Here is another pic..

Makes the avalon in front of it look like a civic.

Do a search on Autotrader etc. and find comparable vehicles in your area. Price yours slightly below theirs but add the word "firm" in your ad. If your's is the best deal going buyers will want to see yours first. Once you get them there hold out for as close to your asking price as you can.

Linusb, nice jeep! If that was a tj we may be able to work something out...if it was a tj. I wouldnt think you should have any problem selling it.

The reason i am selling this jeep is b/c i would like to stop making payments on it every month and use that money towardsother hobbies. That and my next step with the jeep is to swap the front axle out and convert to long arms. The jeep is too nice and hard to find for me to convert it to a buggy and smash it on the rocks... I'm thinking i'll find a junker tj and with the money i get from selling this one, mods will go a long way, plus i would no longer have the payment.

Bottom line the jeep is an awesome toy, but too nice(for me) to really enjoy it as a toy.

I understand, I don't know how much you owe...but this gives you the opportunity to get out of your payment and get a turnkey rig that is quite capable both on/off road. It's rugged enough you can throw it against some rocks and nice enough that it garners head turns and complements everywhere you go. Tire carrier is being built/finished today.
