Giving Quadratec respect!!!

I just want to give a testimonial right quick!! My multi function stick went out while getting my 2002 wrangler painted. I ordered a new one form quadratec for 80 bucks. I found it cheaper at other places but decided to go with them. I got it and installed it and my brake light wouldn't work properly. After I figured out it was the MFS. I called them and they swapped it out no question. I just got the new one yesterday and installed it!!! Of course the fog lights stay on all the time. That was the original problem with the first one. Needless to say I was frustrated. I called them up and again, totally no problem. Sent another one out today. I know it's not their fault the stuff doesn't work, so it really impresses me that they keep taking care of it. Big ups to quadratec and helping me out and not giving me any grief about it. I def enjoying doing bussiness with them!!!!!!

Yea, they have great customer service. I ordered one of their 3-piece bimini/wind jammer/tonneau kits. They included a Smittybilt windshield header channel that I was not pleased with. They immediately replaced it with a Bestop model, didn't charge me a dime, and told me to keep the Smittybilt one as a spare.

Quadratec and Extreme Terrain are first vendors I look up for any parts. They've never failed me in terms of customer service.

It took me 4 emails over a week before I got a response once. By the time they responded it was too late for whatever I wanted. I'd still buy from them again, but...

I've had great experiences with Quadratec as well. Purchased my JKU Sahara a couple weeks back and their Cus Service was great in helping me get the uConnect Bluetooth module and tie down straps for the soft top. Great selection of hard to find parts (the module included the programming dongle so I didn't have to have dealer program)
