Gears

I purchased a 2005 Jeep LJ. The Jeep appears to have a small rubicon express lift with 31" tires. The Jeep has a 4.0 I6, with a 6 speed stick. what is the normal RPMS you run when running 60mph in 6th gear?

thank you
