Funny Jeep Comment

On a recent Judge Judy....

"My daughter started dating a loser. He drove a Jeep with the top and doors off. He was a MANIAC!"

It was actually the defendant that said it, but I would guess she would feel the same way!

People around here look at me like I'm a maniac when I drive around with the top and doors off.

And that's just how I like it.

I got some crazy looks last night, but that might be because of the monsoon like rain we were having, and me being topless and doorless.

That strange, that is exactly my opinion of people who drive around in summer with their doors and roofs on sweating profusely in their micro cars. I use to be one of them until I woke up.

I hope you guys enjoy the photos. I haven't seen this many American made cars on our expressways in years. Can you spot the foreign car?

My wife was VERY skeptical of riding without top and doors. She tried it ONCE and says whatever the risk is, it is worth it!

The hair got cut short, the discretionary spending account somehow increased, and HER vehicle gets driven a lot less.

Yeah. If we are maniacs, then so be it.

What risk? With all the armor available for Jeep (1/4 plate bumpers, tubular fenders, and rear corner guards) the only ones in risk are the ones driving those mico cars with their plastic bumpers :-)
