If half doors were reasonable to get I would be getting me a set.

If you have a choice one way or the other I would get full doors and get a set of tube doors.

if it's a nice enough day to run around with half a door... you might as well take it off... therefore...

full doors... you either have them on because it's crappy out or you have them off because it's nice out

and sometimes you have them off just because it's raining out and you own a jeep

I have half doors on mine, and I prefer them to the full doors on my buddies Jeep. I enjoy the fact that I can just lift out the upper-half of the doors, and have that no-door feel, without messing with fuses or light switches. With a full door, you can what, roll the window down? Big whoop.

I only have full doors...no real reason to get half doors...maybe I'll build myself some plywood half doors at some point.

I find it funny that a lot of people assume that if you have half doors that you have to have soft uppers.

Now you know, and knowing is half the battle. G.I. Joe!

Part of the alure of a jeep is the openness, personally I perfer no doors, Thats whay I went with cloth 1/2 doors. There super easy to take off. The only real advantage that I see with a full door is the roll up windows for bad weather driving. Cause when the weather is nice, I have no windows to worry about rolling up hee hee.

To each his own, no one is going to talk the other into 'their' way. It takes me all of two minutes to pull my hard doors, and fuse #4. I leave that fuse out during the summer, so it's a breeze to yank those doors.

I love my half doors. The zippers are not the most fun but they beat full doors any day.

I've had full Hard doord, full soft doors, and now half doors (hard lowers, soft uppers) and I prefer the half doors. They give me openess, but I still have a place to put my arm. Heck the doors on Jeep sever no other purpose...except to hold my mirror anyway.
