Front License Plate Suggestions

Just got my new rugged ridge bumper installed and unfortunately New Jersey requires me to have a front license plate. Does anyone have any suggestions for mounting it that dont involve drilling into my new bumper?

I'm from jersey as well and they drilled into my stock bumper. I wasn't going to put one on there but oh well, I guess I'm going to use the same holes!

Mine is zip-tied to the grille. I actually dont mind it being up there. I will probably drill holes to mount it in the bumper through, as I dont need anything blocking air from getting to the radiator.

Sorry guys, zip tying your tag to the grill looks tacky. I know you said you didn't want to drill holes in your bumper, but you might just have to. Try putting two 1/4" rivet nuts near the top of the front face of your bumper. You won't have to take your bumper off to mount them, and then you can take the license plate on-and-off as many times as you want.

You might not want to spend the money but I'm pretty sure Rugged Ridge has a mount to go around the tube part of your bumper. It might work? Not sure if you'd want your plate up that high.

I'm all for zip-ties, I have my beach tag around my winch fairlead.

California law also requires a front plate, but I don't have one. =)
Based on my experience, (Graduating from a Sheriff's Reserve Academy, an Internship at local pd, a BA in Criminal Justice, and more ride-a-longs then I can remember) if a cop pulls you over for "no front plate" they are either REALLY bored, or they just wanted to pull you over and that is the only "reason" they could find.

Mount two of the Maglight mounting brackets to the plate, that way it just clips to the hoop.

Yeah i know this because both my brother and father are cops but i just don't wanna deal with getting pulled over. Its a hassle. And plus where im from the cops have nothing better to do like 90% of the time, its a decently quiet area.
