Probably the multi function switch. Search MFS and you will find a lot of info here. Replacing one ranges from $70-100?
If you don't use it just pull the relay.

It does sound like the Multi-function Switch may be bad. If you pull the plug off the back of the switch they should go out. And then you can jump across the pins and make sure it is indeed the switch. Let me know if you need a new one and I'll get you a quote!

Mine too. I pulled the Fog Light years ago.... Never saw a difference since the low beams are also on. The dash light indicator for my fog lights comes on periodically. I can fiddle with the switch and it goes out but it is irritating.

From your link

"Provides control over the windshield wipers, lights, and turn signals"

It does not control the wipers. They are on the other side.

It looks like that switch does the wipers in an '01-'06. My '98 has the headlights on the dash, the wipers on the right side of the console and the turn signals on the left. That being said I'll double check the info on the site!

I'll have to look into the SKU and get the fitment/product features figured out. Thanks for the feedback!
