Is this a fair price

http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/showt...27#post5288427

Due to some unfortunate events I am doing the LS1 swap ahead of schedule. I am selling the above items and need them out of the garage ASAP. If this is not a good deal let me know. Or if someone Really needs a tranny and t case for parts (I.E your *** is walking right now) I might be willing to separate things. I know this is not really technical but it does contains the key elements to the 4.0 swap.

What is a fair price for a good running xj with 85,000 miles? I'm not trying to get scumbag car dealer price on this but I don't want to swap it for a case of beer either. Thanks for the input.
