Or you could just start the same thread in the registry. I'm referring to the "Jeep Registry" forum....that's where people post their builds. And you do realize that the Tera plate isn't great and 33eng is no longer in business right? I'd take a good hard look at Rokmen.

All right I dont have pictures right now, ill take them tomorrow but I put the Rough Country 2.5 kit on yesterday and every thing went much better than expected. I ordered the 6cyl kit to gain the extra lift/firmer springs out front and it seems to have worked out. These are the before and after measurements.
Labeled B and F (measurements from ground to bottom of flare) Front Left- B 32" A 35.5" Front Right-B 32" A 35.5" Rear Left- B 33" A 36" Rear Right- B 33.5 A 36.25 So I gained no less than 3" at any corner so Im pretty happy with it. It drives much better than stock and after a quick driveway allignment I have even less wobble and shake than before. Flexes great, much better than expected. ![]() Ill post some pictures of the Jeep on level ground tomorrow, and I ordered my tires today as well ![]() 33x10.50 KM2s from tire package for 670 shipped to my door. Stay tuned for updates.... |

New Shoes
Well they arrived in respectable time, 3 WHOLE DAYS!!
I was pleased with the shipping and service from Off Road Tires ? Super Swampers, Pro Comp Tires, Mickey Thompson Wheels, **** Cepek, BFG, and More ? Tire Package. ![]() My first task was shoehorning them into the back of my jeep with my speaker enclosure still in place. This one speaks for itself... ![]() Got them mounted for free from a buddy at a service shop, this made my day. I didnt snap a picture of them in the Jeep mounted because I was too excited to get them home and on... I thought it would be so easy. Here is the before picture for the record.. ![]() The tires in the rear are VERY close to touching the spring buckets on both sides, I have ordered a set of wheel spacers to correct this and in the mean time, they function quite well and do not make contact at any point in articulation. But it makes me nervous nonetheless. And DrumRollllll... the final product ![]() As stated in the previous posts this is the RC 2.5" kit for a 6cyl tj on a 4cyl. Which got me plenty of clearance for these meats. I still have a 1" BL and MML combo to put on if I feel the need to do so. Thoughts, comments, concerns or suggestions, feel free to let me know. Next on the list Is a nice set of rocker guards, then the expensive parts start to come. In the form of SYE/DS combo and Rokmen TT skid. Axle beefing and lockers/gears. Oh this is addicting is it not? |
