Did I get a good deal?

Just wanted to check, I picked up a D30/D44 combo out of a 98 TJ this weekend with new brakes, new shocks (don't matter, will be lifting), and a brand new lockright for the D30, all with no problems for $900. Good deal? I'm swapping right into my 98, so no conversion costs, and I figured swapping 30's is easier than regearing my current axle.

Huzzah! I was thinking I did well. I had to rent a Uhaul to pick them up (2 hours away), but it was worth it. I'm going from 3.07's to 3.73's, I'm assuming a speedo regear is needed? How do I go about that?

Don't waste your money on a speedo gear, just move to 33" tires and your stock speedometer will be pretty close to right on. (I had a feeling you needed an excuse to get some bigger tires)
