Cursed out by Rusty's offroad

Up front, I was trying to return something to Rusty's offroad and requested to speak to a supervisor after I was told they do t accept returns. I acknowledge that it was my fault that I made an incorrect purchase but wanted to tell a supervisor that the part was still new in the box. I was transferred to a guy who cursed me out and told me I needed to "get a Fing girlfriend..." an a whole bunch of other swears. being married already I hung up the phone and promised myself I will never use them again. Yes it's my fault that I got the wrong part and yes Rusty's did not have to return my money ( they never did), all I ask for is to not be cursed at. Screw Rusty's, I will never use them ever again. Rant over.

I live near Rusty's and have never had any issues with him (face to face). But, I have heard several that have! You would think he would straighten these issues out???

I think you're a little off. The shell on a turtle is thicker by a factor of 1.6783 while compared to the speed of a Puma, when chasing a rabbit. Therefore, if you hit a nail with a 4 lb. hammer, the thickness of the wood needs to be 4, and your grip should be on your lower regions.

It started out in TJ tech, which was fine with me, as I own a TJ and any advice that helps me build my rig better and avoid Junk parts is cool with me. The mods on this Forum are super twitchy IMO.

Not twitchy, just anal.

*****ing about a vendor is not TJ Tech.

Its obvious to me why its not, but if anyone needs further explanation, I'd be happy to clarify via PM or in this thread.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll be sure to stay away from that company. What's up with poor customer service these days? I guess he can afford to not do business with people.

If you are looking for run of the mill, mid-grade parts go with RC instead of Rusty's. At least they have decent customer service. They only led me wrong once and that was on the size of the TREs for their Tie rod.

Out of curiosity I checked the FAQ page on their website and found a section titled: "I READ SOMETHING NEGATIVE ON A WEB FORUM, IS IT TRUE?"

It's not a good sign when you have to defend your own reputation on your own website.
