Cooper discoverer mtp tire questions

Has anyone put these on thier Jeep? If so have you had an issues with them? My biggest concern is the 2ply side wall. I do live close to the Rubicon and Fordyce trail so I will be doing some rock crawling. Most of my miles will be in the road though.

Ever been to Fordyce? Was there for the 50th anniversary Sierra trek run this summer. Going there its more about how deep is water and 35s lockers min. be very sure jeep is ready for a trail like that. to get through on 37s can be hard enough. its harder than Rubicon.

I have been using mtr,k. on the jeep. mostly trail 95% use but when i do need it on street they work well. We go to Tahoe almost every year or the Dusy area( drive the jeep when there). But i do tow it. MTRs in 37 are to expensive to wear on long distance driving. i run coopers on my tow rig but that wont help you much. I have had a few sets of the goodyears and wheeled them in a few states. I think our trails here in AZ are harder on tires. much of the rock can be chunky sharp stuff that eats rubber and metal.

I have a set of Cooper SSTs and I like the fact they are US made.

I have been through part of Fordyce, that place is just a beast.
