Just go on eBay, they have marine rated stereo kits with a pair of speakers that have the aux & usb inputs for under $100.

Ended up getting an Alpine cd/mp3/xm/USB/am/fm/bt
Cost about $190 and took about two hours to install
(Wiring xm antenna was slowest part)
I am going to miss my old OEM radio but new unit rocks
