broke down in ellensburg wa

Can anyone recommend a shop or mechanic in Ellensburg WA? Headed to Seattle I am renting a car to be able to make an appointment Tuesday then come back and deal with the car Wednesday. Suggestions?
loss of power. Check engine light flashes. When it first starts seems ok and then it starts running extremely rough

There is a Jeep dealer in Ellensburg. When is the last time you changed the spark plugs? They are the most common problem with running rough. Go to Autozone in Ellensburg and they will read the codes for you.

Always bring a compass, it is awkward to have to eat your friends.

University auto center is the Jeep dealership in Ellensburg. 800.962.7151

But X2 on reading what codes you have first.

Sorry for the delayed update. But I did want to follow up and add to the knowledge base. Broken crankshaft position sensor. I ended up using a local independent garage called Eastside. They were not a jeep specialist, but they stepped up and helped me out in a pinch.
