BL and BB; inches from ground to flares?

hey guys here's the question: How many inches is it from the ground to the bottom of your flares on your TJ? the reason I asked is because I think i had some sagging springs on my 99 sahara, so I replaced them with with some '04 rubicon springs. I forgot to measure and take pics before, but it does look a little higher. I have a 2.25 BB and a 1"bl. Mine measures just shy of 38" just wondering where everyone else measures with this set-up.
