Bike Rack Suggestions

Looking to get a bike rack for the old YJ. I have a Smitty Built rear bumper/tire carrier combo. The bumper has a hitch so I am not sure if I will got with a hitch mount rack or an over the tire rack. I will be going with either 33"or 35" tire soon, both 12.50 wide..

Looking for a solid 2 bike rack.

Thanks..
